Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping information page for specific details.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within the Netherlands usually take 1-3 business days. Deliveries within Belgium can take 1-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for now we only ship in the Netherlands and Belgium. We do this because of longer delivery times and shipping costs, when we ship internationally. This may change in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Send an email to info@miniparfums.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you the return instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
